The cookbook has a perfect pasta dish for every occasion, budget and time limit. The four chapters cover recipes ready in 10-15 minutes, 15-30 minutes, 30 minutes-1 hour and 1 hour+, and each include 5 vegetarian, 5 fish and 5 meat recipes.

From a super speedy Pistachio & Parsley Pesto pasta, to dishes that take a little longer like Sea Bass, Chilli and Lime Spaghetti and slow cooked treats such as Lamb and Rosemary Pappardelle, all of the recipes are delicious, easy-to-follow and celebrate the joy of pasta.

About the Author

Written by Ed Barrow:
Ed is the founder of The Monday Pasta Club, a space dedicated to his enduring love of pasta. Originally from Somerset, his path into the kitchen wasn’t a straight one, beginning with plans to study law before choosing instead to pursue a career in food.

After training as a chef in Edinburgh, Ed built his experience across some of the UK’s most respected kitchens, from Gleneagles Hotel to beloved Bristol bakery Ahh Toots. Following a series of sold out supper clubs, collaborations and the release of his first book, he now devotes his time to sharing his passion for pasta, one dish at a time.

Australian (domestic) shipping:
  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
  • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
  • $15 express shipping.
International shipping:
  • New Zealand: we offer free shipping for orders $250 NZD and over and flat fee shipping of $25 AUD for orders under $250 NZD.
  • United States: we offer free shipping for orders $200 USD and over and flat fee shipping of $29 USD for orders under $200 USD.
  • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping is $49 AUD for all orders.
  • Rest of world: shipping is $59 AUD for all orders.

Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

US customers, please note all tariffs, duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. 

For all other customers outside Australia, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


Returns:
  • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
  • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
  • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
  • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
  • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.
