Points are worth 10 cents each.

In the above table, you will see the spend thresholds of each tier. This spend is based on your spend in a calendar year.
When you graduate to a new tier, you stay in that tier for the remainder of the current year PLUS the following calendar year. You'll even get some cheeky BONUS points to celebrate your graduation to this next level.
