Bed Bundle Discounts

T&Cs: Commencing on 27 February 2024 at 12 noon AEDT, Sage x Clare will be offering shoppers savings on multiple item purchases of bedlinen. Bedlinen is defined as pillowcases (European, Standard and King sold as a set or separately), fitted sheets, flat sheets, valances and quilt covers. It specifically does not include Bedcovers, Blankets, Cushions and any other pieces used for styling beds. The offer is: Buy any 3 full priced bedlinen items in one transaction and redeem 10% OFF the eligible items. Buy 4 or more bedlinen items in one transaction and redeem 15% OFF the eligible items. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or vouchers including loyalty club vouchers. The discount via the Bed Builder will be automatically applied. If shopping outside the Bed Builder, the discount is still redeemable via manual discount codes as follows - Buy 3 eligible items, use code BedBundle10. Buy 4+ eligible items, use code BedBundle15. The discount will only apply to eligible items.

Gift Card Terms

1. Introduction 

These Gift Card Terms govern Sage and Clare ABN 61 971 915 578 (we/us) Gift Card and constitute  a binding agreement with any person who purchases, redeem or possesses a Gift Card (you). These  Terms are read with our website Terms and Conditions at https://sageandclare.com. 

We require that you read these Gift Card Terms carefully before purchasing, redeeming or attempting  to redeem a Gift Card. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to be  bound by these Gift Card Terms. If you are giving a Gift Card as a gift, you must ensure that the recipient  is aware of the Gift Card Terms. 

2. Expiry and Validity 

(a) Gift Cards expire three (3) years from date of issue (Expiry Date). 

(b) Unused Gift Card balances become void after the Expiry Date. 

(c) When a Gift Card reaches a zero ($0) balance, it is no longer valid. 

(d) All Gift Cards remain property of Sage and Clare. Expired Gift Cards may be destroyed by you  or returned to Sage and Clare. 

(e) Taxes are applicable on any products purchased with a Gift Card and will be included in the  purchase price and deducted from the Gift Card.  

(f) All Gift Card amounts are in Australian Dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

(g) Gift Cards are non-reloadable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are not legal  tender, account/credit/debit cards or securities and no transaction statements will be sent to  you regarding your Gift Card. 

(h) You are not permitted to sell your Gift Card. 

3. Purchase of a Gift Card 

(a) Gift Cards may be purchased with any of the available methods at Website checkout (e.g.  PayPal, Afterpay, etc.) and will be loaded in the denomination set out on the Gift Card.

(b) Once a Gift Card has been successfully purchased, the date of issue of the Gift Card will be  recorded on the Gift Card, and/or the receipt of purchase, and the Gift Card will be activated. 

(c) The purchase of Gift Cards is generally excluded from sale promotions and discounts unless  otherwise specified by Sage and Clare. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using coupon codes  or discounts. 

(d) There may be a reasonable delay of up to 24 hours with the activation of the Gift Card after  purchase. During this time, purchases or balance enquiries may not be possible. Sage and  Clare will use reasonable efforts to minimize any such delay. 

(e) For the purposes of the Whole Lotta Lovers Loyalty Program, loyalty points are earned at the  time the Gift Card is purchased by the customer. No loyalty points will accrue or be awarded  when the Gift Card recipient redeems or spends the Gift Card. 

4. Redemption on Purchases  

(a) Gift Cards may be redeemed for purchases on the Platform subject to the exclusions below. (b) Excluded purchases: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other Gift Cards.

5. Redemption 

(a) You agree that by redeeming a Gift Card, you authorise us to reduce the amount on your Gift  Card by the value of the purchase. By redeeming a Gift Card, you agree that you are making a  purchase subject to any of our terms and conditions of sale. 

(b) To redeem a Gift Card, select ‘Gift Card’ as the payment method, place the Gift Card number /  Discount Code in the field and then select the ‘Apply’ button. If the Gift Card is valid, it will be  applied to your order and deducted from the total purchase price. 

(c) If the total purchase price does not exceed the amount of the Gift Card, any balance will remain  on the Gift Card and may be used on future purchases, valid to the original Expiry Date.  Change will not be given for any remaining amounts on a Gift Card. If the total purchase price  exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid for using another  payment method, such as cash or debit/credit card at the time of purchase. 

6. Balance 

You can check the remaining balance on your Gift Card by entering your Gift Card during checkout.

7. Returns of purchases 

(a) All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. 

(b) Where a refund is issued for a product purchased wholly or partially with a Gift Card, any part  of the purchase made by Gift Card may be refunded in the form of credit voucher or code of  the equivalent amount instead of other tender. Any amounts paid by other tender will be  refunded in the same tender to the same account in which the purchase was made. 

8. Returns or exchanges of Gift Cards 

(a) Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for a different denomination of Gift Card or for another tender,  cash or discount. 

(b) Gift Cards cannot be returned for change of mind. Sage and Clare will accept returns in  accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law for example where a  Gift Card is faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect or otherwise due to Sage  and Clare’s fault. 

9. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards 

(a) We may replace lost or stolen Gift Cards upon presentation of valid proof of purchase through: (i) the original receipt; 

(ii) confirmation email of your online order; or  

(iii) a bank statement which outlines the transaction date, location and amount. (b) If a Gift Card is reported stolen, Sage and Clare reserves the right to cancel or void a Gift Card. 

(c) If a Gift Card has been damaged due to your own fault, Sage and Clare may provide you with  a replacement Gift Card, for a reasonable fee, if you are able to present the original physical  Gift Card, at Sage and Clare’s discretion.  

(d) All replacement Gift Cards under this clause will have the same unused value as at the time of  replacement and the same expiry date.  

10. Cancellations and alterations 

(b) Once issued, you cannot cancel a Gift Card except if used, expired or otherwise cancelled by Sage and Clare.  

(c) Sage and Clare reserves the right to cancel, void or alter the balance of a Gift Card at any time  without notice to you, where a Gift Card is: 

(i) used for illegal purposes or in breach of these terms; 

(ii) stolen; 

(iii) issued in error; or 

(iv) otherwise tampered with in any way. 

(d) Where Sage and Clare has cancelled or voided a Gift Card due to the fault of Sage and Clare,  Sage and Clare will issue you with a refund or replacement Gift Card or a refund of the Gift  Card purchase price at Sage and Clare’s election. 

11. Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy applies to our collection of your personal information in relation to Gift Cards. Please  ensure to read our Privacy Policy. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

(a) You agree that you are responsible for the use and protection of your Gift Card and that you  are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent that there has been fraud  or negligence by Sage and Clare. 

(b) Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those  rights, we exclude liability and consequential losses arising from your use of Gift Cards to the  maximum extent permitted by law. 

(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to  the purchase price of your Gift Card. 

13. Severability 

Any provision of these Gift Card Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be  severed from the Gift Card Terms in that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. 

14. Governing Law 

These Gift Card Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. Each party submits to the exclusive  jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there in connection with matters concerning these Gift Card Terms. 

15. Amendments 

(a) These Gift Card Terms may be amended from time to time by Sage and Clare and the latest  version will be published on the Sage and Clare website. It is your responsibility to keep up to  date with these Gift Card Terms. 

(b) If you do not agree with these amendments, you may contact us within two (2) weeks of us  publishing the amended Gift Card Terms and we will cancel and refund your Gift Card or provide  an alternate resolution. 

(c) Any amendments to these Gift Card Terms will apply to all Gift Cards purchased or redeemed  after the amendment date.
