T&Cs: The competition is open from 20 July 2023 to 30 July 2023 11:59pm AEST (the Registration Period). The competition is being promoted and conducted by Sage And Clare Pty Ltd (ACN 634 392 395) of 5A, 841 Mountain Highway, Bayswater, Vic 3153 (Sage x Clare). Entrants must be over 18 years old. If asked, you must provide proof of age, residency and/or identity. Submissions must be entirely their own original artwork (i.e. not copied) and epitomise the Sage x Clare aesthetic. Designs must be created exclusively for this competition with no earlier commercial or public application or use. If your design is selected as the winning design, you will win a Sage x Clare gift voucher to the value of AU$3,000 entitling you to shop all full priced Sage x Clare branded product available at www.sageandclare.com (the Award). The Award (i.e. the voucher) will expire 6 months from the date of issue. In return for the Award, Sage x Clare will obtain full ownership of all copyright and associated rights in the winning artwork. Submissions can be any form of 2D creative work including but not limited to digital designs, drawings, paintings mixed media, pattern repeats etc. We cannot accept 3D artworks i.e. sculptures. In submitting the artwork, the artist (you) warrants that the artwork is your own original work, that your work does not infringe any person’s rights, that you are the current owner of the work and that your work has not been the subject of any earlier publication or other use. You indemnify Sage x Clare against any and all claims and losses arising from a breach by you of any of these warranties or from any of these warranties being or becoming untrue. Your submission must be received by Sage x Clare during the Registration Period. Your submission is deemed to be received only when received by Sage x Clare. Sage x Clare is not liable for any problems with communications networks or for submissions that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted. Once submissions close, Sage x Clare will shortlist entries and publish for a public vote. Sage x Clare’s shortlisting of entries will be final and binding. Entries shortlisted for public vote will be notified by 2 August 2023 that their artwork has been shortlisted. Voting is open 2 August 2023 to 8 August 2023 11:59pm AEST. Voting is limited to one vote per person. The artwork with the most votes wins and the winning entrant will be notified on 10 August 2023. All participants grant to Sage x Clare a non-exclusive licence to use and reproduce your design solely for the purpose of conducting the competition, including the right to display your work only for judging purposes.  If your design is the winning design you may be requested, as consideration of the Award, to sign a separate agreement to formally transfer your copyright and to provide a full waiver of your rights or claims against Sage x Clare. The artist of the winning design will be credited on the art prints themselves as well as across our social media platforms. As the owner of copyright in the winning design Sage x Clare will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to use, reproduce, publish, communicate to the public, and adapt the winning design. Sage x Clare will only use the design for a limited number of art prints as a gift with purchase as part of our 10 year anniversary capsule collection. The winning artist will have no further claim against Sage x Clare including for any proceeds received by Sage x Clare arising from its commercialisation of the winning design. For non-digital artworks, we will require the original artwork to be physically sent to Sage x Clare head office at 5A/841 Mountain Highway Bayswater 3153 VIC. Sage x Clare will arrange a high quality scan of the artwork for reproduction at our cost. Sage x Clare will attempt to contact the winner and if no response is received by 24 August 11:59pm AEST, we will award the prize to the second most voted artwork. Sage x Clare will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. A participant can gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by Sage x Clare by contacting us at . A copy of Sage x Clare’s privacy policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting Sage x Clare or from wwwsageandclare.com.  By participating in this competition and submitting a design you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted to be bound by these terms of participation. By entering this competition, each entrant accepts full responsibility for the decision to participate in the competition and to accept the Award if selected as the winner. Each participant releases Sage x Clare, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents, employees and suppliers (the Released Parties) from all liability, loss and damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in the competition.

T&Cs: Voting is open until 8 January 2022 11:59 pm AEDT. The 10 products that receive the most votes in their product category will go into production for release towards the end of 2023. The 10 product categories people will vote on are: Bean Bags, Wall Hangings, Shag Cushions, Punch Needle Cushions, Tufted Blankets, Bed Linen, Jacquard Robes, Cosmetics Bags, Table Cloths, Placemats. 1 product from each category will go into production. The product that received the most votes within its category is the product that will be selected for production. Everyone who votes for a winning product will go into the draw to WIN that product when it is released. There will be 1 winner for each of the 10 products that go into production. Winners will be contacted by email on 9 January 2023 to advise them they have won and will be contacted again when the product is ready to be shipped to a postal address of their choosing.
