    Shipping + Returns
    Australian (domestic) shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
    • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
    • $15 express shipping.
    International shipping:
    • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
    • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
    • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
    • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
    • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

    Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

    Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

    Returns:
    • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
    • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
    • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
    • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
    • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

    Soooooo Pretty!

    Not only that the colours are one of kind, the silk is exactlyhow satin should be, silky smooth and soft.....i fall asleep with a smile.... one of the reasons to whybi purchased this particular one is the colour of it, they simply just work well together... 👏👏 it elevates my whole bedroom, the colours are luxurious in its richness and vibrancy. I just walk randomly into my bedroom with a smile and admire the view...
