- We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
- $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
- $15 express shipping.
International shipping:
- New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
- New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
- North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
- Europe + United Kingdom: shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
- Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.
Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery.
Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns:
- Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
- Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire.
- For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
- For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.

This is an absolutely gorgeous robe. The colours are vibrant, and the quality feels thick and durable. I was worried about the sizing, I am sz10-12 and bought the S/M, and it is an absolute prefect fit!! After my shower, I now walk around like a peacock showing off this beautiful piece like it's a ballgown, LOL! I think it will also be great for the beach as it's wide enough to be laid down like a towel, will definitely try it out in Summer!
