Why We Love:

Cannot rave enough about Living Libations balms and shimmers. These products have singe-handedly replaced our entire makeup bag and we love that they’re natural, good for the skin and give us that natural-looking (and sometimes elusive) glow that we’re looking for.

We use this as both a cheek and lip tint - first we use the Moccasin Shimmer for a bronzed look, followed by the Chocolate Ruby Blushing Balm or the Maiden Fern Blushing Balm on the cheeks and finish with the Cosmic Apricot Shimmer along the bridge of the nose and the tops of our cheekbones (or anywhere you’d like that extra highlight). Lastly, a swipe of this across the lips and we’ve got that every-day, natural, 'no-makeup’ look.

A small tub lasts for ages and we’re delighted at the staying power of this all-natural balm. The Chocolate Ruby Blushing Balm gives a lovely rosy hue and we recommend this (over the Maiden Fern Blushing Balm) if you’re more olive or darker skinned.

Details:

Chocolate Ruby Blushing Balm caresses your complexion and lips with the tantalising tint of chocolate ruby red. This balm for cheeks and lips alike, bursts with beneficial botanicals, opulent essential oils and replenishing roots. This natural, subtle stain tints with hints of chocolate and ruby-red roots that flush your face with a rosy, natural glow.

This natural red lip and cheek colour gets its gorgeous pigment from a combo of Cacao and Stoneroot; the colour is buildable from a sheer flush to a deep tint. it’s been crafted by mixing and melding distillations of fragrant Vanilla, blossoms of Boronia, Elder Berries, Grapefruit, and Cacao for its super-emollient glide and chocolate-rich colour along with juicy red stone root mixed into wholesome Jojoba and Beeswax - setting up the most perfectly textured balm for your lips and cheeks.
