    Care

    As our terry cotton robes are so soft and lovely they do require a little extra care.

    • Avoid rough surfaces
    • Remove tie before washing
    • Cold gentle machine wash with mild detergent
    • Do not use bleach, non chlorine bleach or fabric softeners
    • Tumble dry on low and do not iron or dry-clean

            Shipping + Returns
            Australian (domestic) shipping:
            • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
            • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
            • $15 express shipping.
            International shipping:
            • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
            • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
            • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
            • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
            • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

            Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

            Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


            Returns:
            • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
            • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
            • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
            • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
            • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

            Amazing

            I have been enjoying my growing collection of beautiful Sage & Clare towels this past year so l was hoping the robe would be a great next step. It was hard to decide which one but in the end l went for the Arlette in the cosmo pink. I am delighted. Cosy soft textural feeling, just the right weight, love the colour. I am a size 14 and the M/L is perfect in sleeve length & wrap
