As so many of our products utilise a range of techniques, fabrics and handmade construction, we always recommend checking the care tag of each item in your home, ensuring all care instructions are followed.

    Holiday Season Shipping Deadlines:
    • VIC, SA, NSW, QLD & ACT: Regular Shipping 15th December, Express Shipping 17th December.
    • TAS, WA & NT: Regular Shipping 12th December, Express Shipping 15th December.
    • New Zealand: Regular Shipping 10th December, Express Shipping 15th December.
    • United States: Regular Shipping 12th December, Express Shipping 15th December.
    • Rest of world: Regular Shipping 1st December, Express Shipping 15th December.
    Australian (domestic) shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
    • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
    • $15 express shipping.
    International shipping:
    • New Zealand: we offer free shipping for orders $250 NZD and over and flat fee shipping of $25 AUD for orders under $250 NZD.
    • United States: we offer free shipping for orders $200 USD and over and flat fee shipping of $29 USD for orders under $200 USD.
    • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping is $49 AUD for all orders.
    • Rest of world: shipping is $59 AUD for all orders.

    Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

    US customers, please note all tariffs, duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. 

    For all other customers outside Australia, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


    Returns:
    • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
    • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
    • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
    • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
    • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

      You know, it's one thing to say how beautiful an item is, but can i just comment on how well considered these textiles from Sage and Clare are. From the quality of the material, to the design and then the colurs.... the pictures just cannot do it any justice. Hands down, you guys are my absolute favourite store, top of the list for quality, design and construction. And postage is so fast, even though I'm in regional Australia! Shout out to those amazingly creative minds at S&C, thankyou!!! 🙏😍👌🏾
