Tips to prolong the shelf life of your skincare products: Always have clean, dry hands. Put your lids and caps back on properly. Store your products as directed - this is usually a cool place away from light, heat and humidity.

We use Shine On Conditioner in conjunction with the Seabuckthorn Shampoo and couldn’t be more delighted that, not only does our hair look and feel healthy, we’ve not had to use any nasties in the process.

How to Use

After washing your hair, comb conditioner through hair while it is still wet. Rinse. Shine On may also be applied to tips of dry hair for extra conditioning. Apply to curly hair between washes. Perfect used after our Seabuckthorn Shampoo.

Australian (domestic) shipping:
  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
  • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
  • $15 express shipping.
International shipping:
  • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
  • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
  • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
  • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
  • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

Returns:
  • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
  • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
  • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
  • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
  • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.
