How to Use

Place a single, powerful drop directly on the affected area. Works well under eye makeup, on eyebrows and as a lip gloss too! Keep your cool with a dab of calmative dew applied onto any area when needed, or upon cleansing the skin morning and night.

Our face and lip balms, butters, and crèmes may soften or liquefy when in the sunshine or in warm spaces. Room temperature or cooler is best for the most luxurious texture and consistency. Pop in the fridge for swift solidification.

When using a new product, patch test for sensitivity, by applying a dab inside the forearm or behind the ear, and watch the spot for a couple of days for any sensitivities.

Australian (domestic) shipping:
  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
  • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
  • $15 express shipping.
International shipping:
  • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
  • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
  • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
  • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
  • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

Returns:
  • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
  • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
  • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
  • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
