As so many of our products utilise a range of techniques, fabrics and handmade construction, we always recommend checking the care tag of each item in your home, ensuring all care instructions are followed.

    Shipping + Returns
    Australian (domestic) shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
    • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
    • $15 express shipping.
    International shipping:
    • New Zealand: we offer free shipping for orders $250 NZD and over and flat fee shipping of $25 AUD for orders under $250 NZD.
    • United States: we offer free shipping for orders $200 USD and over and flat fee shipping of $29 USD for orders under $200 USD.
    • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping is $49 AUD for all orders.
    • Rest of world: shipping is $59 AUD for all orders.

    Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

    US customers, please note all tariffs, duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. 

    For all other customers outside Australia, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


    Returns:
    • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
    • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
    • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
    • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
    • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

      I found S&C about a year ago and have been saving up for a linen fitted sheet for a while now. Then it was just a matter of waiting for a pattern I really liked! It's expensive but if the sheet holds up for years to come, then I am glad to make the investment. It is well worth it, I slept perfectly on it ! Shipping took less than 4 days! The linen is beautiful, vibrant and soft. The queen size is a little bit big, but I actually appreciate the extra fabric so that I can tuck it fully under the mattress, and I dont have to fight tooth and nail to get each corner secured lol. The sheet is the perfect size and elasticity to be put on solo, which I really appreciate, it feels accessible to me. I cant wait to see what patterns come next and will be saving up to invest in a linen flat sheet. Thank you S&C.
