About the Author

Written by Hannah Eliot:
Hannah Eliot is a children’s book editor who lives in Vermont. Her favorite activities include editing (of course), writing, drawing, and spending time with her family!

Illustrated by Susie Hammer:
Susie Hammer is a Polish illustrator and graphic designer based in Madrid. Susie uses simple shapes and vivid colors to create a playful, happy imaginary world. She loves drawing and painting and mixing techniques to create something different with each project. Although she works mostly digitally, her hands are frequently stained with all the colors of the rainbow. Susie’s illustrations can be found on textiles, paper goods, and in magazines and books throughout Europe. When she is not daydreaming about dogs driving cars, Susie can be found teaching art workshops for children.

  • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
  • $15 express shipping.
International shipping:
  • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
  • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
  • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
  • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
  • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

Returns:
  • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
  • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
  • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
  • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
  • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.
