Care

These gorgeous Waffle Towels can sometimes look a little misshapen after being washed so we recommend gently stretching them back to shape after washing by shaking before tumble drying, or shaking after line-drying.

  • Cold machine wash separately before use
  • Wash dark colours separately
  • Do not use bleach, non chlorine bleach, brighteners or fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry on low and do not iron or dry clean

          Australian (domestic) shipping:
          • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
          • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
          • $15 express shipping.
          International shipping:
          • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $250 NZD.
          • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $250 NZD.
          • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
          • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
          • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

          Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

          Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


          Returns:
          • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
          • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
          • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
          • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
          • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

            Amazing texture and colours

            Love the textures of both the waffle fabric and the tassels. Really appreciate the colour scheme which matches the bathroom tiles and makes the space feel special. The Blue Jay mixes and matches with the Aja ultramarine range both in terms of coordinating colours and tassel design. They also work really well with the Disha bath runner. Very happy with these ranges, thank you.
