Due to this range of techniques, we do always suggest referring to each cushion’s care

label before proceeding with any cleaning. These can be found inside the cover, by unzipping and peeking inside! For our favourite pre-filled cushions (eg. the iconic Rylie

Round Cushions) you will find the care label alongside the SxC label on the seam.

Every Sage x Clare cushion deserves maximum cuddle factor. So, our premium, ethically sourced duck down inserts and “down-like” vegan cushion inserts are responsibly sourced and Made in Australia.

Our feather inserts are an ethically sourced by-product from Australian farms with stringent animal welfare and sustainability standards
Our vegan inserts feature a premium 'down-like' filler and are both hypoallergenic and odourless
Both types of insert have a cotton casing
Made in Australia, supporting local manufacturers

Australian (domestic) shipping:

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
$10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
$15 express shipping.

International shipping:

New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
Europe + United Kingdom: shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

Returns:

Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire.
For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.
