    Shipping + Returns
    Australian (domestic) shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
    • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
    • $15 express shipping.
    International shipping:
    • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
    • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
    • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
    • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
    • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

    Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

    Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

    Returns:
    • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
    • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
    • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
    • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
    • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

    Colour Issue

    Whilst this bag is big and plush and beautiful it is nowhere near the shade of pink in the stock pics . I bought the bag based on the stunning deep and bright pink and the bag I received is at least three shades lighter . I think it’s best not to use a filter so people can see the actual colour they will be buying . But as I said bag is very plush and a great size , just wish it was the beautiful shade of pink in the pics 😔💖

We work with a photographer both in studio and in lifestyle photoshoots to get the images as close to colour matching our products as we possibly can. When shopping online, this can sometimes vary significantly depending on which device is are being used, brightness settings etc.
