Care

Cosying up in cotton has never felt so good. Our cotton is breathable, soft and luxurious, our cotton bedding combines a laid-back bohemian vibe with the unmatched quality of this beautiful textile. To ensure the longevity of your cotton bedding we recommend you read below to get the best results.

  • Wash prior to use
  • Cold gentle machine wash with like colours and fabrics (do not mix with towels or other items likely to leave lint)
  • Do not wash with sharp-edged clothing accessories such as metal zippers, buttons and hooks
  • Use a mild eucalyptus based detergent (such as a wool friendly detergent – commonly found in the supermarket) that doesn’t contain optical brightening agents to ensure your linen doesn’t weaken or discolour over time
  • Fabric softener is not required your cotton bedding will continue to soften over time on its own
  • Clean stains as quickly as possible after they appear by gently soaking and washing. Stains that have been left to set will be difficult to remove
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Air dry where possible otherwise tumble dry on low to medium for 15 minutes (do not use the high/hot setting as this will damage the fibres)
  • Do not overload the dryer
  • Remove your cotton bedding from the dryer while it is still slightly damp and allow to air dry over a bed or railing if you hate ironing as much as we do. This will allow gravity to take care of most creases
  • Do not leave your cotton bedding on the clothesline or in direct sunlight for an extended period of time it is susceptible to sun bleaching
  • Make sure your cotton bedding is completely dry before storing to prevent dampness and mildew. With the correct care you will prolong the life of your bedding and enjoy it for many years to come!

    Australian (domestic) shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD.
    • $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $100 AUD.
    • $15 express shipping.
    International shipping:
    • New Zealand: we offer free DHL shipping for orders over $200 NZD.
    • New Zealand: shipping with DHL is $25 for orders under $200 NZD.
    • North America: shipping with DHL is $39 for all orders.
    • Europe + United Kingdom:  shipping with DHL is $49 for all orders.
    • Rest of world: shipping with DHL is $59 for all orders.

    Dispatch times for standard delivery are usually 2-5 business days from order placement and 1-2 business days for express delivery. 

    Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

    Returns:
    • Full priced items are eligible for Australian (domestic) returns within 15 days of the shipping date from our warehouse. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date from our warehouse.
    • Once you submit your return, please ensure you post within 14 days or your return request will expire. 
    • For Australian (domestic) returns, full priced items are eligible for exchange, gift card or refund (refunds are processed minus shipping cost).
    • For international returns, full priced items are eligible for gift card or refund. Exchange is not available for international returns.
    • For international returns, please choose carefully as you will need to cover the cost of return shipping regardless of whether you are seeking a refund or store credit.

    Beautiful amazing perfect !
