Need it yesterday? Our e-Gift Cards land in your Inbox instantly. You also have the option of emailing the e-Gift Card directly to your lucky loved one right away or on a specific date in the future with a little personalised gift note.

All Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

The expiration date will be displayed on your Gift Card and e-Gift Card.

If shopping in Australia, your gift card will be issued in AUD. If shopping outside Australia, the gift card AUD value will be converted to local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. If at the time of purchase $100 AUD = $75 local currency, your gift card will be issued for $75 local currency. If at the time of spending the gift card, $100 AUD = $80 local currency or $70 local currency, the gift card value remains $75 local currency. Fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of gift card purchase and the time of gift card spending are not reflected in the value of gift cards.

Please treat your gift card like cash. If lost or stolen and you do not have the gift card number, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to trace it.
