We are very excited to introduce a new range of kid's throws, cushions and pillowcases by the playful brand, Soda + Stitch.

Lovingly hand made in Jaipur, India, we're sure little people with style are going to love it just as much as the big people of the house!

The Candy Street Cushion is a new shape for Soda + Stitch and is full of character. Both sides of the cushion have been hand block printed in the Pink City of Jaipur, which is exactly where the inspiration for the streetscape illustration comes from.

A wandering print of palm trees, tuk tuks, turban-clad elephant riders and tigers sprawls across the front side of the cushion, making it a perfect story piece for any room. Printed in soft grey on a natural cotton/linen blend it is both subtle, yet full of hidden treasures!

The reverse side of the cushion is our collection signature stripe. Bands of sky blue, saffron, peach nectar, retro orange and grassy green run up and down the cushion.

Block printing is a technique synonymous with the beautiful city of Jaipur and has been practiced here for years. Each design is carved into blocks of soft teak wood, with each colour being its own block. The wooden blocks are then carefully dipped into colourful hues and slowly stamped across the fabric. Masters of the trade have been practicing the craft for years and their craftsmanship is something that Soda + Stitch love to see and cherish!

The cushion is then finished with a grey cord piping and saffron yellow zip.

Made from Cotton Linen blend with polyfil inner.

Dimensions are approximately 30 x 60 cm.

Care instructions are gentle machine wash, with like colours and mild detergent, and dry flat.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of this fabric slight variations in print and colour may occur.
