What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. The exception is custom made products which cannot be returned or exchanged as noted in the product description (example: Twiggagerie range).
Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to our warehouse.
Can I return/exchange a sale item?
For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered except as required by Australian Consumer Law. This includes all reduced-priced items purchased as part of a Flash Sale, limited time offer sale, etc. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.
What happens if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
Please note, that many of the items on this website are vintage, antique, and/or handmade. We have stated this clearly in our product descriptions and as such, signs of wear, small marks, and inconsistencies are not considered faults on these items. If you like things shiny, manufactured by machinery, and completely perfect then this may not be the best place for you.
