A playful quilt cover in a vintage-inspired colour palette and design.

Reversible in design, the front side showcases a large scale retro floral print reminiscent of the faded floral sheets we slept on when we were young. Hand-drawn blooms in crisp white and soft aqua are defined by pops of bright orange and set against a backdrop of romantic coral. The backside showcases a diagonal stripe print in our favourite colour combination of lilac and orange.

Besides the stylish patterns and colours, the beauty of our Marais Quilt Cover is its versatility. Choose between two different but complimentary looks depending on your mood. Pair with our other bedlinen offerings for a bright and fresh bedroom.

Made from high quality cotton with a soft-hand feel, our Marais bedlinen will give you the luxury and comfort you need for a good nights sleep. Features a twin needle top stitch detail and button opening.

HOW AM I MADE?

What appears to be a rather simple design has been produced by the hands of our artisans in Jaipur, India, a region known for its textiles and traditions.

Made using a screen printing technique, the front and reverse are made by producing a number of screen panels, with a new panel needed for each colour. Once each of the panels are complete, the printing begins by our artisans in a layered approach. The cotton is printed panel by panel and colour by colour, until the full design has been brought to life. A practice that can take weeks at a time and one we’re proud to support for the preservation of this tradition and livelihood of our artisans.
