Sage and Clare scrunchies

I received these as a Christmas gift from my husband. I love the beautiful patterns but found the size to be too large for my liking. My husband contacted Sage and Clare several times to organise a return (as it was a Christmas gift, it was outside the return time frame) and we never received a reply.
