I’ve died and gone to towel heaven with the arrival of our new towels! And just in time to while away Summer days at the beach… Well, I hope!
Woven in a small village of Southern Turkey, these reversible bath sheets were made by the last remaining artisanal families to work on old-style shuttle looms. Handcrafted from top-quality certified organic cotton and dyes, each towel takes approximately 7 – 10 days to make. Can you imagine?! And, with correct care, these bath sheets can last you up to 30 years or more! That is some serious longevity in this day and age… My vacuum cleaner didn’t even make it to the 2 month mark (admittedly it did cost me $49, but still!).
