CONTENT CREATOR (FULL-TIME)

Does planning, shooting, editing and publishing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook float your boat? Do you love collaborating with Influencers and Content Creators on marketing campaigns? Do you thrive on analysing the performance of your content to identify opportunities to improve? We're looking for someone with over 2 years creative industry experience in content creation for Social platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook and Influencer Marketing. 

Creating original content comes naturally to you. Writing, managing and implementing an effective content strategy that aligns with business goals genuinely excites you. You’re a master at driving engagement and building an online community by creating & curating content that connects.  

You can't wait to implement new ideas and strategies 'cos you're at the top of your game when it comes to being up to date with the latest social media news and trends. Social commerce? Yep … you’re all over it.

You love to mix up the type of projects you work on throughout the week and can balance multiple campaigns and projects like a pro while ensuring the highest of quality and tight deadlines are met.  

Building partnerships with Influencers and Content Creators and industry partners is something that comes naturally to you. You’re a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help out on anything from assisting with photoshoot production to warehouse sales. If you’re looking to flex your creative & content muscles, then this role is for you.  

Team player is your middle name and your ability to be a self-starter and highly motivated while remaining flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment ticks alllllll the boxes.  You're ready to roll up your sleeves and do what the team needs & it takes to get the job done. 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or Communications preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of creative industry experience in content creation required
  • Experience in social media and its various platforms essential, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Adobe & Canva and experience designing social graphics highly favoured
  • Experience with Mac, Klaviyo & Shopify preferred
  • Previous exposure to working across product and online campaigns
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and editing skills in English required
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape

PRODUCTION QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

We're currently on the lookout for a product quality assurance & compliance mastermind to join our team in a Production Quality & Compliance Specialist role. 

Your mission? Executing the whole end-to-end process of production - from product planning, purchase orders and sampling through to quality control and delivery. Basically, you will live and breathe every aspect of the production lifecycle for all the oh-so-colourful Sage x Clare wares.

So, if you have a knack for juggling and managing sampling and production timelines, get a buzz out of and strong background in ensuring top notch quality assurance along with product & supplier compliance, this might just be the perfect role for you.

About You

  • 2+ years textile quality assurance & compliance experience, ideally in homewares and apparel
  • Global textile production experience highly desired
  • Experience researching and managing product compliance requirements, ideally in homewares and apparel
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, including Excel, required
  • Demonstrated project management & compliance experience
  • Experience with Shopify strongly preferred 
  • Experience with Cin7/Dear strongly preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience working with a Mac 
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems
